Merchandising Specialist

Part-Time Shift(s): Monday - Friday Between 7AM - 6PM

Working as a Part-Time Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating plan-o-grams that our branches and implementation teams will use as a guide set up their showrooms. You will help determine what merchandising products a branch needs to be updated to our current standard branch layout. You will also interact with a variety of departments and be responsible for successful completion and communication of certain Merchandising product categories.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Creating product plan-o-grams and designing merchandise displays
o Determining what merchandising materials are needed for new branches and branch resets
o Communicating merchandising changes to field personnel
o Innovating and developing new ideas to enhance our customer experience within the branch environment

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess or are working towards a Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or Merchandising degree OR have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Demonstrate strong attention to detail and possess a creative mindset
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh between 25lbs-50lbs
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

o Prior experience working with Plan-o-gram software applications.
