Required Skills:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Trade school training in HVAC systems, compressed air systems, electrical systems and control systems i.e. direct digital and pneumatic (Not required).
• Experience in operating and maintaining HVAC systems, compressed air systems and electrical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to operate computer systems and programs related to building management system.
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand and interpret mechanical, plumbing and electrical prints, drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge and experience in working with air make-up systems, pressure vessels, air compressors, electrical circuits, piping systems and automated building control systems.
• High mechanical aptitude and demonstrated proficiency working with equipment such as voltmeters, vacuum pumps, vacuum gages, electrical and mechanical system test equipment.
• Willingness to participate in and be available for emergency on call service when required or requested by manager.

• Perform inspections and maintenance of building, grounds and systems to assure proper control settings and operation of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of preventive maintenance programs that reduce equipment down time and maximize equipment operation.
• Support the Corporate Facilities Department in the operation and coordination of onsite projects and programs to ensure positive results and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support the in-house operations i.e. manufacturing, assembly, distribution in the operation and coordination of product to ensure the success of their process.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate the Facilities' department strategic plans.
• Direct construction and renovation projects to include designing areas for functionality and optimal space use, development of budgets and justification.
• Coordinate plant space utilization, workflow and equipment
• Maintain and update plant seating/office configuration
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies, machinery, equipment and furniture
• Coordinates all facility and manufacturing related Capital Expense Requests.
