For this role, you will have the opportunity to
* Work with team members to plan, schedule, design and implement marketing communications for print, web and multimedia design projects.
* Create accurate files for production (electronic or hardcopy publication); make edits / changes as required, obtains necessary approvals, submits files in a timely manner, tracks production with outside publications/vendors, and report on status.
* Grow one s subject matter knowledge of current design and graphic/web trends and techniques and newest versions of existing software programs.
* Work with Marketing Manager to establish corporate branding specifications to ensure work meets corporate guidelines.
* Develop design, layout and formatting of digital, interactive and print marketing materials in a variety of creative projects, including presentations, brochures/collateral, advertisements (print & electronic), direct mail (print & electronic), corporate identity and packaging.
* Participate-fully in the graphic execution - from art production through printing process.
* Determine printing/production specifications and most cost-effective print/production solutions under the guidance of mentors and management
* Execute internet marketing campaigns, as well as proactively manages content and navigation for an organization's website. Duties may include creating, editing and maintaining web content and managing website change requests.
* Perform other duties, as assigned.
Do you qualify* You must have
* Coursework toward earning a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Digital Design, Art or directly related field.
* Hands-on experience in graphic design, commercial art, computer graphics or digital design.
* Functional knowledge of graphic software including: InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
* Ability to take instruction and follow brand guidelines
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
* Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
* Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Preferences for this role include
* Portfolio of existing graphic design and/or website work to share and discuss during the interviewing process.
* Advanced skills in InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
