Job Description:
Do you want to use your marketing strengths for help further the growth of a dynamic, employee-owned company? Are you ready to take the next step in your career and have direct opportunity to cultivate the business growth of a growing, global team?

If so, you may be who we're looking for - someone whose left brain enjoys a good workout crunching promotional ROI numbers on a spreadsheet and whose right side can conceptualize how a new product launch would most likely make a customer's heart race. Fundamentally, you'll be helping our Accustream Waterjet team market new and existing products in ways that have our competitors musing we should have thought of that! Interested? We hope so!

Here is some of the value you will bring to Hypertherm in our Marketing Product Manager role:
* Participate in marketing initiatives with direct team members and key business partners around the globe
* Craft and implement new product launch plans
* Analyze and recommend list pricing and channel partner discounts for assigned product lines
* Oversee development of compelling marketing collateral and materials
* Train and provide support to Hypertherm sales associates on marketing programs and promotions
* Support our continuous improvement value by sharing your ideas across the Waterjet team and greater Hypertherm organization

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field with senior level experience in a marketing or product management role
* B2B Marketing experience in an industrial products environment
* Comfort in business research and data analytics (e.g. pricing, competitive landscape)
* Experience working with cross-functional project teams in a technical production environment
* Ability to articulate your project management skills in taking a project from conception to completion
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
* Demonstrated ability to communicate (both oral and written)
* Excellent organizational time ownership, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail
