Position Summary: The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for the administrative functions within the Stratasys Expert Services business group. This includes serving as the point of contact for pricing Expert Services design and training proposals, as well as developing and reporting on sales operations and financial performance metrics. Works closely with Application Engineers, Training, and the entire Expert Services management group in North America.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
* Proposal Management - develop pricing quotes for design/benchmark and training proposals
* Work with Application Engineering team to understand project goals and technical requirements
* Coordinate and communicate all proposal activities with Expert Services management team and clients
* Develop KPI and Metrics around Expert Services sales activities and utilization of resources within the consulting organization
* Work with administrators to identify new metrics and reports that will add insight to the Expert Services consulting organization
* Report/Present metrics changes and updates during Expert Services management meetings
* Demonstrates commitment to Stratasys Core Values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values
* Follows all company safety policies and procedures and attends all safety trainings related to the job
* Other duties as assigned

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:
* Associates degree in business administration, accounting, finance orequivalent relatable work experience required
* 2 - 3 years related experience in sales operations in a business-to-business sales environment and/or sales of consulting/engineering services
* Understanding of consulting sales stages and client engagement framework
* Experience working with or a comparable CRM platform
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work well with others.
