Job Description:
1. Delight our guests by providing quality and timely prepared menu items
2. Follow recipes and preparation instructions
3. Stock and rotate food
4. Handle equipment, appliances, supplies, and cookware including cutting utensils
5. Process and manage food tickets
6. Ability to multi-task and prepare multiple food items at once
7. Maintain a clean and safe work area by sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, and wiping counters
8. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local and state laws and regulations
9. Adhere to company safety procedures
10. Communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
11. Notify the server of completed orders
12. Perform opening and closing procedures and checklists
13. Ability to work for extended periods of time standing
14. Ability to work near open flames and deep fryers
15. Remove all garbage/recycling and place in receptacles
16. Perform all shift change/closing duties
17. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner
18. Perform all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments
