Economic Indicator Impact AnalysisGather information related to macroeconomic trends (e.g., PMI, interest rates, inflation) affecting our business. Build a simple model to correlate indicators with internal KPIs (e.g., sales, production volume).Prepare a report or dashboard showing how economic trends align with business cycles. Provide recommendations for incorporating indicators into forecasting.Tariff impact AnalysisEvaluate process to best understand the impact of tariffs on our business. Recommend a strategy to monitor and adjust as necessary to support customer decisions related to pricing variability within our supply chain.Foreign Currency Risk AnalysisAssess the impact of MXN and RMB exchange rate fluctuations on financial performance and develop insights to support hedging or forecasting decisionsAnalyze historical USD/MXN and USD/RMB exchange rates over the past 510 years.Compare with Nortechs cost of goods sold (COGS), revenue, or sourcing data from Mexico and China.Build a simple model that shows how a 5%, 10% change in MXN or RMB affects revenue, gross margin, and net income.2026 Revenue PlanningPropose a data-driven revenue forecast model for 2026Gather historical annual data by customerReview trends to determine a 2026 baseline forecast by customerAnalyze bookings trends and identify gaps between projected revenue and current bookings pipeline.
