Required Skills:
Requirements: Master's or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (any) or related and 36 months of experience in the job offered or as a Software Designer, Developer, Tester, or Analyst. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's or equivalent in the above-stated fields plus 60 months of progressively responsible experience in the above-stated occupations. Additionally, all candidates must possess 2 years of Pension, Retirement Systems, or Unemployment systems Domain experience required. 3 years of .Net experience also required. Position is based out of 422 County Road D East, St. Paul, MN 55117 and may require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Salary $141,898.00/year. Job Description:
Determine business requirements and software solution and design needs; develop and
customize applications to replace current systems in a highly secured environment; utilize advanced theoretical and practical concepts and knowledge of systems analysis and systems integration using proprietary technologies of Neospin Pension Administration Framework, Microsoft.Net, SQL Server or Oracle technologies; participate in Software Development LifeCycle; define and document software specifications; design object model of each of the major business objects, including the hierarchy, dimension, and business perspective utilizing: structured analysis, data modeling, and information engineering; identify and resolve complex problems and business processes; conduct enhancements and troubleshooting across platforms; gather, analyze, and translate business requirements, processes and project tasks from concept through coding, and train software engineers and organize their work under the direction of the Project Manager.
