| Job Description: |
Over the road freight company based in the Duluth, Minnesota area specializing in the transport of industrial equipment and heavy manufacturing supplies.
We are seeking Class A over the road drivers with 2+ years experience. We offer an excellent commission based pay structure for the right individuals.
Generous 25% Commission of gross booking price of load
Vacation Pay
* Up to 1 week in the 1st partial year of employment
* 2 weeks per year after that
Minimal layover time
Our philosophy is if the truck isn’t moving the company and its employees are not making money
90% of travel is out and back from home base
We try and give our drivers most weekends off. We cannot guarantee every weekend due to the nature of the industry but will try to give as many as possible.
Must have flatbed/step deck experience, manual transmission endorsement, clean driving record, knowledge and ability to complete paper logs, and be able to pass drug & alcohol testing.
