Three years of experience in any software systems analyst occupation is also required The experience must be with conducting GAP, JAD sessions, creating Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, Use Case documents. OR Bachelor's in a Business major with emphasis in healthcare management, banking or finance, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or Information Systems/CIS/MIS, or Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or closely related. Five years of experience in any software systems analyst occupation is also required. At least three years of that experience must be with conducting GAP, JAD sessions, creating Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, Use Case documents. |

Job Description: |
Analyze and streamline complex client business processes to best align technology solutions with business strategies in healthcare, banking, finance (clients are primarily in these sectors) or other industries. Formulate and define computer systems' scope and objectives through research and analysis of business systems and industry requirements. Prototype new business needs in a rapid development environment. Work with the content developers for integrating the application at enterprise level. Prepare and participate in continuous process improvement efforts, testing, quality assurance, coordinating data exchanges between disparate systems. Identify and implement complex automation efforts; Replicate and resolve production issues for single application. Assist in project management duties when needed. Mentor junior systems analysts and may supervise three or four systems analysts. The occupation may require relocation to client sites and travel within the United States.
