This role requires advanced proficiency in electronics assembly using a microscope and soldering iron. Location: Golden Valley, MN
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Hours: 1st shift, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm or 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Duties of the production technician:
Assemble and solder electronic components under a microscope
Test and troubleshoot hearing aids and related electronic products
Ensure product quality through careful inspection and testing
Follow technical procedures and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements of the production technician:
Proficiency in electronics assembly and soldering
Experience working with a microscope for detailed soldering work
Strong attention to detail and precision
Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions
