We are looking for highly motivated and detail oriented professionals who can conduct sales, as well as, project management with a focus on residential exteriors and storm restoration. Our team has developed a full 60 day (paid) training program to give you all of the skills and knowledge necessary to flourish in this industry. However, there are some character traits necessary for success that we believe cannot be taught.

Responsibilities:
-Conducting thorough inspections of residential roofs. Utilizing your keen eye for detail to identify signs of damage, wear and tear, and potential areas of concern.
-Assisting homeowners in the insurance claims process by accurately documenting and reporting damage. Ensuring that our customers receive fair and comprehensive coverage for necessary repairs or replacements.
-Fostering positive connections with homeowners, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire restoration process..
-Utilizing communication skills to guide homeowners, helping them make informed decisions.
