Job Description: |
We’re hiring a skilled CNC machine operator for a growing manufacturer in Rogers, MN! This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience operating CNC router tables and a strong understanding of machine setup, G-code adjustments, and blueprint reading.
Location: Rogers, MN
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
Wage: $24 – $28/hr., depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of CNC machine operator – router table job: Set up and operate CNC router tables for materials like aluminum, stainless steel, and other architectural metals Load programs, make tool offsets, and perform minor G-code edits Interpret technical shop drawings, blueprints, and part specifications Align and secure materials using proper fixtures and supports Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, and other tools Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met Perform routine maintenance, tool changes, and cleaning of equipment Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to meet deadlines
What we’re looking for: 2+ years of CNC router table operation (metal or wood; custom fabrication preferred) Solid understanding of setup procedures and basic G-code editing Proficiency reading blueprints and CAD drawings Familiarity with software like Radan, Panel Builder, or CamPlus is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on environment
