Description
Acara Solutions is seeking Machine Operator to work onsite with our customer in Sauk Rapids, MN.
Here's what you will receive:
Pay: $16.73 - $22.60 DOE + 15% shift differential
Duration: Temp to Hire
Schedule: 1st shift; Mon-Thu, 5am-5pm or 2nd shift, Mon-Thu 5pm-5am
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:
Perform basic set-ups and operate machines in more than one assigned area
Operate complex equipment and machines in a safe manner
Fit, align and adjust machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirements
Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications
Identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity
Maintain logs and other necessary documents
Work with direct supervision
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years manufacturing or related work experience
Machine Operator experience a plus
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practices
Ability to operate variety of machines
Visual acuity and manual dexterity
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
