Job Description:
This is a traveling mobile food unit used for fairs and special events. Duties include-Employees will be responsible for setting up food stand at beginning of each event- unhooking trailer, leveling trailer with leveling jacks, washing outside, setting up banners and flags on trailer, setting up food trays, bowls, cups, silverware, adding oil to fryers, opening the serving windows, restocking trailer with food supplies from stock truck. Employees will be trained on running cash register. Employees must be able to communicate well with others, multitask and give change. Employees will be responsible for preparing and handing out drinks(soda, water, slushies, coffee), preparing certain foods such as warming corn and gravy in microwave, mixing instant potatoes and funnel cake mix, cooking roast in oven set to 350 degrees for 5 hrs, frying prepackaged frozen foods such as fries, mac n cheese bites, corn dogs, cheese curds, pickles, funnel cakes and funnel fingers for the allotted time set by timer. Employees will be responsible for taking temps hourly and writing them down on temp sheet. Employees will be responsible for keeping counters and workspace clean and doing dishes throughout the day. Employees must be able to prepare the food orders from the customers by placing the food in the proper container either food tray or bowls and hand them out to customers in a timely and professional manner. Employees will be responsible for setting up camper (sleeping area) at each event- unhooking and leveling. Employees will be responsible for tear down at end of each event-remove banners and flags put cups, bowls, food trays away for traveling down the road. Employee's must be able to lift 50 lbs. Employees must be able to speak and read English fluently.

Single work week for wages:

Wage: $20.85-$22.00 hr

Transportation, board (during operating hrs)and shared lodging (Camper) will be provided to employees at no expense at each event by the employer every day.

Housing description:
With regards to housing, we have a 5th wheel camper trailer which accompanies us to each work location and provides housing for the workers. This housing is provided free of charge. Use of company housing is not a condition of employment.

Employees will be able to eat at no cost from my food stand during operating hours at no expense.

Employees will be able to go to store with licensed driver when needed to get personal supplies.

States and Counties we travel to include:
MN. -Mower, Freeborn, Goodhue, Wabasha
Wi.- Walworth, Monroe
Ia.- Franklin, Scott
Ill.- Springfield, Bureau

We are looking for 4 highly motivated individuals to join the team.

Employees will be reimburse after first week of work for all travel expenses and daily subsistence from location they came from by the employer.

Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first week for all visa, visa processing, boarder crossing, and other related fees incurred by the H-2B workers.

Employees will be provided with all necessary equipment to perform the job duties assigned.

Employees will be paid in advance for all travel expenses and daily subsistence for workers cost to return home at end of employment or if dismissed early.

Subsistence rate- $16.28/ day min
$68.00/day max w/reciepts

Employees must work well as a team and communicate well with customers

Employees will be given 3 rotating breaks throughout work day.

Employee will be guarantee at least a 3/4 work week for time of employment.

Training will be provided for all employees.

Travel and shared lodging (camper)will be provided at no expense to the employees.
Employees will be responsible for setting up shared lodging (camper)at each event.

Employees will be responsible for keeping lodge neat and clean. Any damage will be employees responsibility.

Employees must report to work on time daily

Education requirement: none/less than high school
