| Job Description: |
Westmor Industries is seeking a skilled aluminum welder to join our team to take on a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to follow safety procedures, maintain an organized workspace, and follow appropriate weld procedures, with training provided for the right person.<br>
<br>
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<br>
<br>An Aluminum Welder is responsible for completing the following duties:<br>
<ul>
<li>Read and interpret blueprint drawings and dimension styles accurately.</li>
<li>Prepare weld surfaces according to specifications and requirements.</li>
<li>Set up and adjust welder settings to ensure optimal performance and quality.</li>
<li>Perform welding tasks in compliance with industry codes and procedures.</li>
<li>Adhere to safe operating procedures for overhead cranes, forklifts, and other machinery.</li></ul>
<strong>Compensation:</strong> The starting pay range for this position is $20-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.<br>
<ul>
<li>Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.</li></ul>
<strong>Shift: </strong>Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm to 5:00 am<br>
