This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs an IT Service Management/IT Operations Management Solution Platform Owner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Working with our managed service partner to ensure ITIL and solution best practices are implemented and proper documentation of solutions is in place for IT Service Management / IT Operations Management tools, including ServiceNow, event management, reporting, and other solutionsWorking collaboratively with the Global Process Leader to establish the governance process for managing changes and driving improvements to Service Management processes and tools.Ensuring all team members follow GxP validation protocols as you lead ITSM/ITOM tool set releasesEnsuring managed service partner keeps platforms current and provides smooth post implementation supportBuilding strong relationships with business stakeholders; manage issues through closureActing as a technical leader and subject matter expert across all aspects of the ITSM/ITOM solutions, including keeping up-to-date on ServiceNow functionality and making recommendations on how new features can be used to enhance business processesWillingness to be on call, providing escalation support for Major IncidentsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher and (7) years of Computer Science, and/or Management Information Systems experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED and (14) years of Computer Science, and/or Management Information Systems experienceANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Five (5) years of applications and/or infrastructure experience in a private, public, government or military environmentThree (3) years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutionsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, ITOMExperience governing managed service provider performanceExperience implementing configurable purchased software solutionsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certificationComputer system validation (GxP) experienceExperience with IT event management, automation, or monitoring capabilities, such as Splunk, Micro Focus Operations Orchestration (MFOO), and OpsViewITIL/ITSM process management, operational support, or related experienceSkills include excellent interpersonal relations (written/oral communication, networking, and facilitation skills) and demonstrated ability to effectively influence, negotiate, prioritize, and make decisionsFor current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
