Required Skills:
Minimum 2 year degree in Human Resources or related field.

1 year working with developmentally disabled adults in the community

Preferred Skills:
Computer experience with MS Word & Excel
Driver's License: Class D Required
Job Description:
Position purpose: To provide meaningful work experiences for developmentally disabled adults at the Chisago Lakes Achievement Center.

1. Applies Wage and Hour guidelines for piece rate and hourly evaluation jobs.
2. Maintains records of client work experiences and job goals.
3. Performs marketing and customer relations services to promote CLAC visibility in the community.
4. Performs job coaching for individuals or enclaves.
5. Participates in IDT meetings and provides a vocational point of view for clients served.
6. Works with Executive Director and Finance/Operations Director in determining contract bids.
7. Works with Case Manager and Billings Clerk to determine Service Agreement community job units.
8. Participates in a positive support and person centered approach to improve a client’s work experience outcome.
9. Supervises Job Coach/DSP personnel in training and working with client’s.

SCHEDULED BONUS of $1,200.00
