Location: Faribault, MN
Wage: $18 – $20.50/hr.
Hours:
1st shift: 6 am– 2:30 pm, Monday – Friday
2nd shift: 2 pm– 10:30, pm Monday – Friday
3rd shift: 10 pm – 6:30 am, Sunday - Thursday
Weekend shift: 6 am - 6 pm, Friday - Sunday

Job description of the production worker:
Follow daily work schedules
Review and inspect work per IPC, ISO, control plans and job aids
Follow instructions and adhere to department and company policies and procedures
Possess basic computer skills including composing emails, entering data into excel, etc.)
Cross-train based on business needs
Qualifications of the production worker:
Manufacturing experience preferred
Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support business needs
Must be comfortable using large equipment.
Willingness to work hard and learn quickly
National background check
