Responsibilities
Provide Collaborative Nursing Support- including support in the queue, lab follow-up calls, administrative tasks
Maintain Efficient Patient Flow
Room Patients
Take Vitals
Perform Lab Draws
Administer Appropriate Injections
Other Duties as Requested or Assigned
Qualifications
Medical Assistant -
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
Current CPR Certification is Required
Current Certified MA or Registered MA is Preferred (must be willing to obtain certification/registration within 6 months of hire)
2-3 Years of Experience Preferred, Oncology Experience Helpful
Clinical Assistant -
Current CPR Certification is Required
2-3 Years of Experience Preferred, Oncology Experience Helpful
One of the Following is Required:
Diploma or equivalent from an accredited Medical Assistant Program
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with 1 year direct care experience
