Job Description
Bremer's Senior Business Analyst sits on the Collateral Management Services team and is responsible for the development, execution, and dissemination of accurate and actionable reporting that facilitate data-informed decisions. Will work directly with manager and team members and/or business line constituents to deliver and support reporting and critical project-based initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Translates requirements, using project management methodology, into working features and functionality through conversation with risk, compliance, operations and technology. Translates in both directions the capabilities and limitations of the finished product back to business line. Translates vendor road maps into applicability and impact to the business from a process and people perspective. Interact constructively and effectively with all constituencies and work collaboratively toward a common goal. Communicate effectively with clients and groups of employees in order to build and maintain positive relationships. Multi-task and maintain an optimistic outlook in a fast-paced work environment. Accept and implement changes with processes, people, and circumstances exhibiting a positive approach to each situation. Provide exceptional service to all customers and personalize interactions. Interpret and carry out objectives furnished in written or oral form and a demonstrated commitment to act within industry standards. Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure guidelines and manuals. Operate standard office equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree & 7 years significant relevant experience. Combination of education and experience that generally includes a 4-year degree in finance with experience in operational analysis and management information systems along with demonstrated experience in querying and working with data to create meaningful management information and business analytics. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with internal and external customers. Ability to present a professional image and demeanor to internal and external customers. Ability to effectively present information and responsd to questions from groups of employees, managers, and/or customers. Ability to leverage functional knowledge to support strategic direction for financial measurement and reporting. Ability to be self motivated and research and solve problems while working with limited supervision in a fast-paced small team environment. Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies, and foster an inclusive work environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Management Experience Leadership Experience Certification in Business Analysis Scrum master experience or interest to learn. #LI-POST
