Job Description:
Boyer Trucks is looking for individuals eager to grow in the Heavy Truck industry. Parts Drivers (Parts person) are the in - person point of contact for the customer making sure that parts are delivered safely, accurately, and expediently. Boyer Trucks - Drive Your Career ForwardESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working in a cooperative manner with the service, counter parts, and warehouse teams
Load and unload parts from vehicle with appropriate assistance
Stay in contact with dispatch
Keep delivery vehicle neat and orderly
Use of forklift
Take overflow customer calls
Maintain all facets of inventory flow
Maintain inventory of shipping supplies
Perform light maintenance on and cleaning of parts vehicles
Additional duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Activities require a full range of body motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
The position may require standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 80 pounds.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
High School Diploma, equivalent or higher
Demonstrated customer service excellence
Proven ability to work well in a team
Good driving record
Forklift certification
Ability to pass a DOT physical/drug test
Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
