Schedule: Full time, 30-35 hours per week (10 hours food service, 20-25 hours housekeeping), weekend and evening availability

Pay: Starting at $15.67 - $15.94 per hour

Location: Camp Eden Wood in Eden Prairie, MN

How You'll Contribute:

Prepare meals according to menu, following recipe and production requirements
Maintain inventory for both food service and housekeeping
Supervise and provide guidance to other hospitality staff
Perform opening and/or closing duties
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
Conduct general cleaning of cabins and public buildings
Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Previous housekeeping and foodservice experience desirable
Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures required
Good organizational and time management skills
High school diploma preferred
Hold or be willing to acquire MN Department of Health Food Protection Managers Certification
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and move continually during working hours
Must be able to pass an organizational background study
