Customer Service Representative –
Do you have a passion for helping others? Do you love connecting with people? The Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative provides customer service excellence to our customers at an inbound call center. The Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative needs to understand the Y’s programs and learn the systems to make recommendations and efficiently and successfully handle calls coming in. Being able to speak multiple languages its a plus as an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Do you enjoy solving problems and listening to identify issues? The Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative handle inquiries which may involve problem resolution. Our Members rely on the Call Center to help them with basic questions or to resolve any issues when trying to register for any of our classes or programs. The Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative will answer calls from internal customers as well to assist them in serving our customers.
The Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative will need to be self-motivated in engaging with our customers and build strong relationships. It is critical we leave our customers feeling good their request has been fulfilled satisfactorily. The Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative will maintain and update databases for tracking.
