Inbound Customer Service Representative Essential Duties:

· Strong communication and problem solving skills

· Detail oriented and with a high degree of accuracy

· Ability to multitask and perform miscellaneous tasks from other departments as needed

· Pleasant voice, good grammar and writing skills.

· Ability to type 25-30 WPM.

· Ability to pass a basic computer knowledge and skills test.

· Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations

· Ability to adapt in a dynamic and changing environment.

· Ability to follow policies and confidentially requirements when coming into contact with various forms of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

· Ability to maintain a consistent attendance record.

· Other duties as assigned by management.

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three month related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.

· Applicants who are able to speak fluent French or Spanish could be hired at a higher rate.

Inbound Customer Service Representative Shift Requirements:

· OUR CURRENT NEEDS: 40 hours/week; between the hours of 10:30am-7pm, Monday - Friday; Saturday availability 9am-5pm. Position is $15/hour, additional $1/hour shift pay on Saturday shifts. Pay increases available throughout job progression of this position.

· Remote work is available if the agent has their own work station setup compatible with our system requirements.

Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Co. is looking for Inbound Customer Service Representatives who can provide great service and helpful assistance over the phone. This position offers a consistent schedule, 40 hours/week, benefits within 90 days of employment and the ability to work remote or onsite!

The ideal Inbound Customer Service Representative is located in MN, has good people skills, is personable, professional, and a good conversationalist. Candidates will be trained to possess a high level understanding of multiple promotions that may include web/phone orders, program registration, order/rebate inquiries, product information, retailer locators, and customer service questions.
