| Required Skills: | • Currently listed on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Successful completion of the state approved medication administration course.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours experience as a Registered Nursing Assistant at the Pierz Villa.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the meaning and usage of common medical abbreviations, symbols and terms to the administration of medication.
• Demonstrates resourcefulness and critical judgement in emergency situations.
• Professional and Courteous customer service skills.
• Physical Demands of this position include vision, hearing, repetitive motion and environment.
• Have experience with operating computer. |
