We are seeking a Home Health Aide, CNA, Caregiver!
Wage Rage:$18.00-$24.00 Hourly
Location:Driving to the Client, whereverthe client calls home!
Schedule: AMs, PMs - Full Time Opportunities Available

Responsibilities:
Assists in the implementation of the Lifespark Experience and the Life Care Management model including but not limited to assisting with Life Plan, Care Assignment activities, and delegated duties as well as honoring clients' rights, customer service and communication, emergency preparedness, safety, event management reporting, and campus operations (if applicable.)

Required Qualifications:
Prefer a minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience (Home Care, Assisted Living/Memory Care, Skilled Nursing/Nursing Home, Hospital, or Hospice) or be an active nursing student.
Prefer High School Diploma.
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
Ability to pass written and skill competency examinations.
Ability to use a smart phone or tablet.
Ability to drive a car.
Ability to cope emotionally and physically with wide range of client behaviors.
Must be willing to drive up to 25 miles to client
Guaranteed Hours Terms
Home Health Aide II's agree to be available for 40 hours per week within their agreed upon schedule and will be guaranteed a minimum of 32 hours.
Home Health Aide II's must be willing to work with any client, regardless of personal preference.
Home Health Aide II's must be able and willing to work with clients of all skill levels.
Home Health Aide II's must be willing to travel within a 30-mile radius of their home location.
Home Health Aide II's that go under 32 hours of work must be willing to pick up any "additional shifts" until they are back up to 32 hours scheduled. If no response is given by Home Health Aide II they will be moved to a Home Health Aide.
Current caregivers applying for a Home Health Aide II role cannot have any ECRs on file for the previous 90 days and cannot be on a performance improvement plan.
Home Health Aide II's will be working under a guaranteed hours agreement. Thus, the Home Health Aide II will forfeit their guarantee for the week if they refuse a shift scheduled within their agreed upon availability.
Any hours worked over 40 per week will be paid at 1.5x the employee's normal rate.
Time traveled between job sites in the same day will be paid at the regular rate of pay and at the overtime rate if exceeding 40 hours in the pay week.
Lifespark may withdraw the agreement at any time.
