| Job Description: |
Quality Technician | $20.00+/Hr Depending on Experience
Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 10:30pm + Over-Time
Aventure Staffing is searching for a Quality Technician for a wheel manufacturer in Armstrong, IA. This client works in close partnership with other industry leaders to develop, manufacture and supply wheels that are specifically designed to meet the needs of the agricultural market. Extensive research and development in agricultural engineering solutions over many years, ensures that their products are efficient, safe and enable increased productivity of machinery. As a global supplier, but one that delivers a local service, they are committed to investing in state-of-the-art design, manufacturing and processes to supply high-quality products with a long service life. The primary function of this role is to lead communications on issues with Engineering, Vendors, Customers, Management, speaking for the company on different issues.
Responsibilities:
Conduct or support the inspection and audit requirements as defined.
Initiate and evaluate dimensional analysis
Support operations with internal and external concerns: assure proper containment of suspect materials, drive the root cause and corrective action process, and validate those actions when directed
Perform internal audits as directed by the Quality Manager
Perform product sorting and certification processes as needed, including on-site at the customer when required, providing evaluation and communication of findings
Support requirement of Shopware, questionnaires, auditing inspections, etc.
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
HS Diploma/GED required
Applied knowledge and ability to read blueprints and assemble parts according to specification

Starting Pay: $20.00+/Hr DOE
