Job Description: |
Reporting to the Director, On Premise, you as the Foodservice Distribution Manager oversees the relationship with our foodservice distribution network and manages foodservice sales across several distributors. Your main priorities include managing distribution and volume goals and developing premium brand execution with national strategy. Key responsibilities include: communicating strategic priorities, increasing sales projects with foodservice distributors, expanding distribution, creating annual plans, tracking results and KPIs, and maintaining partnership with the On Premise organization.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths

Distributor Management
Grow foodservice volume in designated region through management of broadline distributors.
Establish an annual business plan with distributors based on the strategic priorities and goals from Headquarter Sales Group.
Develop processes and communication practices with distribution management to achieve Red Bull goals.
Directly train and support distributor sales team to succeed on sales plans, blitzes, and goals
Manage optimum pricing according to channel-specific pricing strategy set from HQ.
Create and share best practices that can be replicated by foodservice team across the country
Distributor Structure Expert
Identify and navigate hierarchy, systems, and personnel within each distributor location including Account Executives, District Sales Managers, and Distributor Sales Representatives
Engage each distributor's leadership team through Director and VP level
Integrate programming with distributor incentive structures to increase sales team attention and execution for Red Bull
Identify and secure key chain operators with distributors
Influence
Work in field with team and Non-Commercial Account Managers to develop programs, relationships, and collaboration internally and with distributor field personnel
Develop relationship with On Premise Distributor Managers to promote distributor capabilities across channels
Business Intelligence
Maintain working knowledge of key Red Bull systems for product and POS delivery, results reporting, and market management
Manage KPI results on a monthly basis and meet with teams to review results and plan
Volume forecasting per distributor location with national volume goals set by HQ.
Sales Tools
Use all sales tools provided to create maximum brand presence in accounts
Establish visibility in accounts using point of sale marketing to increase consumer awareness
Drive value for both Red Bull and retail outlets by applying appropriate brand assets
Implement premium programming that creates consumer engagement with the product
Use internal field marketing team for coordinated consumer collecting efforts
EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
5+ years Sales experience in FMCG industry, (foodservice)
Supplier and Broadline distributor experience
Experience managing Distributors
Change management experience
Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint
Valid Driver's License
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
Travel 50%
