| Job Description: |
1. Perform visual inspection of castings, separate salvage and nonconforming castings and, if necessary, perform chipping and minor definning of casting flash.
2. Load castings on fixture and stamp when necessary.
3. Respond to error codes and correct fault.
4. Notify supervisor of downtime or casting quality concerns.
5. Conduct a general inspection of the equipment.
6. Review process sheet prior to running job.
7. Clean up and maintain equipment.
8. Make tooling changes and adjustments, as required.
9. Utilize delay time constructively by doing housekeeping or other area improvement activities.
10. Participate in area continuous improvement efforts including Employee Involvement activities.
11. Personal attendance record should remain in compliance with company guidelines.
12. Must be able to wear required PPE.
13. Able to work overtime as assigned.
