In this position you will:

Respond to customer inquiries about Park equipment components by troubleshooting very complex mechanical, electrical part issues for customers. Enters orders, handles all inquiries relating to parts including returns and warranty claims – must be have an expert knowledge on Park Machines
Provide advanced guidance to customers on the maintenance of their Park Equipment
Manage relationships with customers.

Job Description:
Park Industries is looking for a service oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Parts Rep. At Park, the Customer Service Parts Representative is responsible for supporting the customer by troubleshooting machines, resolving customer issues, handling and processing all inquiries relating to parts, including the processing of return parts under warranty for repair or replacement.
