Essential Functions

Managing customer service correspondence and incoming phone calls including complaints, general travel information, compliments

Provide complex problem resolution and passenger advice

Handle escalated customers in verbal and written communications

Administrative work including research, generating files and follow-up to consumer input including working with other departments to acquire necessary information

Processing refunds as appropriate

Issuance of travel vouchers due to schedule changes, mechanical delays, and other service failures

Any other duties assigned by management

Required Skills:

Previous customer service experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong writing skills are a must (writing test may be required)

Bachelor's degree

Previous airline/travel industry experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet regulated timelines

Ability to work and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
