Job Description:
The Burnsville Pro Staff office is seeking Weekend Associates for a distribution company in Savage! The company is looking for employees to support them in their various departments such as picking, shipping, receiving, material handling, spotting, custodial, and more. Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm Friday - Sunday Pay: $20 per hour Spotting: A spotter serves as an extra set of eyes for drivers, equipment operators and individual workers on the site. May help with organizing the warehouse, helping to load and unload product from trailers, and performing other general tasks as needed. Picking: Need to be comfortable with heights as they could be riding the cherry picker up to 25 feet in the air (will be strapped in at all times). Pick products for shipment. Loading/Unloading products. Assisting in other areas as needed such as cycle counting, stocking, and shipping. Other duties as assigned. Shipping: Replenish the shipping line with supplies(boxes, etc) and picked product to allow shippers to remain in the shipping booth. In times where booths are fully stocked, you will be offloading the conveyor and loading finished orders in the trailer. Material Handling: Handle materials in a safe and orderly manner. Assist with the timely fulfillment and delivery of products. Work with team members to meet set goals. Custodial: Performs custodial duties. Including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, finishing and buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, cleaning and restocking restrooms. Reach Truck: A reach truck operator uses a reach truck to load, move, and unload heavy materials in the warehouse. Reach trucks are more compact than forklifts, so they're better for moving items and maneuvering around narrow warehouse aisle configurations. Receiving: Breaking down vendor product and receiving the product along with unloading containers.
Requirements:

Forklift experience is preferred but not required

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently
