Our full-time Design Associate role surrounds you with talented, professional colleagues and beautiful home furnishings that feature American craftsmanship. As a member of the design team, you will use technology, tools and resources in innovative ways to create a rich and engaging experience in helping our customers create homes and spaces they love.
Schedule:
Design Associates are scheduled to work a set 5 days/week, including Saturday and Sunday, with two consecutive week days off. They have a Saturday and Sunday off each month and during that week they will be scheduled for two week days. Flexibility with scheduling is necessary. To allow a balance in other life priorities, we build out schedules for an entire month and release them a few weeks prior to the start of each month.

Desired experience & qualifications:

Candidates with prior sales/design experience in home furnishings are strongly desired.
