Job Description: |
KING is looking for a Sales Order Specialist. This person will enter incoming sales orders into the company database for processing as well as maintain purchase orders and part delivery due dates. When entering sales orders and maintaining purchase order, accuracy is imperative.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter customer orders daily via email, fax, and phone. Verify customer and order information on each order is correct, in stock and priced accurately. Update database where necessary Follow up with customer directly after each order when received if there is an issue with the order, to verify information or discrepancies such as merchandise pricing difference, shipping delays, or other concerns Answer sales line and field customer questions and complaints as needed · Purchase order confirmation tracking, updating delivery dates, and ensuring prices are accurately captured.
· Tracking all documentation with international and domestic deliveries, troubleshooting any delivery issues.
· Confirming vendor pricing and maintaining system records
· Reporting weekly deliveries to production and receiving departments
· Perform other tasks and projects as needed or requested
