Responsibilities: Assist with overseeing the nursing staff for the provision of quality and appropriate tenant / patient care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards. Assist in the preparation of annual budget for the department and monitor monthly performance of nursing/home care services department in relation to budget. Schedule and/or perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse. Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
