Machine Operator - 1st Shift We are hiring hardworking Machine Operators for work at an established plastic manufacturing company right here in Brainerd, MN. Qualified candidates are capable of using small hand tools such as micrometers and various measuring gauges. Any experience with various types of molding machines would be excellent, detailed on the job training is provided. Daily Responsibilities include, but not limited to: You will be responsible for conducting tool/mold changes. An eye for detail is needed in order to accurately inspect molded and assembled components. Ability to conduct secondary finishing operations such as flaming and edge routering. You will need to assure that paperwork and all procedures are followed completely. Attention to cleanliness of work area ensures efficiency and safety. Promote positive and productive work environment. Submission of cost saving, or cycle time reduction ideas is encouraged. Qualifications: * Experienced with rotational molding, urethane foaming, and assembly processes and equipment * Experienced in the production part processes * Good organizational skills, self-motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize Ability to work well with others * Physical ability to handle parts and materials up to 60 pounds and to work long days in a warm environment * Additional skills as deemed vital Job Type: Temp to Hire Hours: All shifts available Benefits: We offer weekly pay, with incentives, direct deposit and pay card options, a comprehensive benefits program including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401 (k).
