| Required Skills: | FUNCTIONS: Ability to operate carpet and hard floor equipment. Carpet extraction, clean, scrub, stripping, and finish hard floors. Clean office(s), restrooms, and common areas according to assigned job schedule and within company policies and procedures. Use and handle chemicals and equipment safely and properly. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. |

| Job Description: |
Title: Janitorial/Commercial Floor Tech (company vehicle provided)
Hours: Full time
Start time: 4 PM
Location: New Brighton
Starting Wage: $17.82 - Paid weekly
$300 sign on bonus *Ask HR for more details*
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have valid MN Driver’s license and auto insurance.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Required Work Authorization in the United States, FBG conducts E-verify on all new employees.
Must be able to pass background check.
Must pass drug screen test.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Service industry experience preferred but not required. Paid Training.
Able to communicate effectively & professionally with customers, co-workers & management.
Ability to resolve conflict in an effective & professional manner.
