Description
Position Summary:
Hiring Immediately! The Forklift Operator plays a critical role in our organization's productivity and profitability by loading and unloading trailers and transporting materials throughout our warehouse. Accurate and efficient performance increases productivity and profitability, which support the overall mission.
A day in the life:In a typical day, a Forklift Operatorcan expect to...
Production/Quality Operations: Operates equipment effectively and efficiently.
Safety/Housekeeping: Ensures a clean and safe work environment.

Work-life balance: operating hours Monday - Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM with rotating weekend shifts, limited holiday hours.

About You:
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to speak and understand English sufficiently to communicate effectively with supervisors,employees and customers.
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
Ability to interact with a very diverse population in a human services setting.
High level of initiative and self-motivation.
Perseverance and commitment to getting the job done.
Full-time position requirements:
Open schedule availability including a combination of days, nights, and weekends, totaling at least 35 hours per week.
Willingness and ability to be cross-trained, and to train in new employees.
Prior Experience & Education:
Forklift operating experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
