Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading company in the fabrication industry located in Alexandria/Sauk Centre, MN. We are seeking qualified candidates for a Welder position on 1st, 2nd and weekend shifts. Compensation for this role is $15.39-$25.10+ per hour, depending on experience, plus a shift differential. Welder Main Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding
Set up
Grind, chip and torch as needed
Read blueprints and drawings to achieve proper weld
Operate forklift and overhead hoist
Welder Key Requirements:
Previous Welding experience
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Must be detail and safety oriented
Experience reading and interpreting detailed blueprints
