You will be responsible for developing technical solutions in response to sales and customer requirements and proactively manage the customer experience. Assuring retention of customers and expand Arvig products and services with those customers in accordance with our sales and marketing plan.Your high energy and awesome ability to create long term, positive business relationships with high profile customers is what we are looking for!You will need to have::BS degree in Engineering, Business or related; or equivalent experience5 plus years of experience working in a technical/telecommunications environment2 plus years in a pre-sales technical support roleExtreme organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work with a wide variety of personalities, multi-location team members, and multiple departments to assure the customer is number oneAptitude for technology particularly Transport (Ethernet, Wave, Dark Fiber) and Internet Access and other communications services.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is requiredWe prefer you have:Experience with voice services, such as HPBX, VoIP, PBX, PRI, and SIPWe offer an energetic work environment with a team committed to the customer, competitive salary plus commission, and great benefits.Our people are our advantage.
