Job Description:
Come join our Cloquet Branch as a full-time Member Service Representative.

A key component of this service is to identify the financial needs of the member and recommend an appropriate credit union solution. In addition, this position is responsible for executing financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner to promote and maintain positive member relationships.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

Process member account transactions accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
Balance checks and cash drawer daily following the credit unions cash handling policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of all transactions; investigates and resolves drawer discrepancies.
Recommend and refer products and services to strengthen member relationships and support the growth objectives of the credit union.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred minimum of one year experience in retail, preferably in a credit union or bank.
