Proficient with industry tools and systems. Have a strong understanding of media fundamentals including media math.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, degree or concentration in advertising, marketing or communications preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Key areas of responsibility:

Statements of Work - Develop and manage statements of work that meet client needs, outlines the agency’s services and compensation, and minimizes the agency’s risk.

Hours Estimates & Hours Management - Develop hours estimates and then manage those estimates through a collaborative process with the account team.

Client Setup - Understand client organizational needs in order to facilitate client setup in agency software.

File Management - Manage the organization and consistent naming of files on the server, Google Drive, and any other location where files need to be stored.

Timelines & Task Management - Develop and document campaign timelines collaboratively with account teams.

Budget Management (Media Authorizations, Fee Sheets, Client Invoicing, Budget Tracking) - Develop media authorizations; ensure campaign spends are in alignment with media authorizations; build fee sheets for billing.

Meeting Management - Schedule client and internal team meetings; manage agendas; record meeting notes and action items.

Steward Agency Processes & Roles - Facilitate adherence of the account team to agency roles and processes.

Account Communication - Proactively facilitate internal account communication, including resolution of issues.

A Project Manager works on a portfolio of clients to build and manage client/project scopes, timelines, resources, and communication. They have an in-depth understanding of agency processes and roles. The Project Manager is proactive, strategic, organized, and exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


The Project Manager is an effective problem solver and assesses potential risks and opportunities. They are responsible for building strong internal working relationships, as well as assisting the client strategists in building strong client relationships. The focus is on continual improvement, reliability, and accountability.
