Job Title:Quality Assurance and Systems Supervisor

Required Skills:
· Lead in the development and maintenance of part specific documentation, including PFMEA, PQR, SPC, and FAIRs.

· Constantly work towards improving quality and productivity for the QA department.

· Head up and preform process and quality related audits, both internally and externally.

· Help develop processes with a focus towards ISO 9001 and other regulatory requirements.

· Manage a comprehensive Quality System including supplier qualification and assessment, audit programs, documentation control and new product introduction activities.
· Oversee customer quality related issues including at issues at customer site and returned material.

· Collects and analyzes data to determine root cause of product rejects. Assesses product reliability, makes recommendations for product and process improvement. Request drawing changes as required.
· Provides energetic, proactive and aggressive support to manufacturing operations while delivering team leadership.
· Leads quality/continuous improvement teams, interacts with customer representatives and other personnel
· Gather and monitor relevant data and producing statistical reports to improve quality, processes, and productivity.
· Implement both internal and external corrective action as required to maintain the highest quality levels.
Ability to lead and motivate personnel to complete quality objectives.

· A solid understanding of ISO, Lean Manufacturing and other manufacturing principles.

· Experience in a high output production environment.
· Ability to interpret process data and draw appropriate conclusions in support of customer requests and manufacturing.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Must be energetic and motivated to drive process improvements, increase efficiency and reduce costs

· Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage complex projects and technical assignments

· Qualified individual must have strong computer literacy to work with and generate various reports using Microsoft Office.


· Experience in quality management systems preferred.

· Experience in quality system audits preferred.
· Self-starter with initiative and independent judgment in a team environment.
· Ability to work in a changing environment.

· Four year degree or equivalent experience required

Job Description:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for the management and improvement of a comprehensive quality system. The Quality Supervisor directs the efforts of quality team members in their support of existing and future production processes. The Quality Supervisor will be involved in diverse manufacturing operations that include product assembly, machining, inspection, calibration and supplier management. This leadership position requires close interaction with other functional departments to accomplish objectives and to resolve issues.
