SOA & Integration Engineer (Call Center Technologies)

Description:
Contribute to the architecture, design, build process, and implementation of the software solutions and capabilities that underlie our business functions.
The role contributes to the architecture and design of enterprise application software across the Solution and Enterprise sides of our business and performs software engineering tasks across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Responsible for requirements analysis, technical design, implementation and testing.
Design, code, implement, and monitor post-implementation support on Deluxe enterprise software applications.
Implement extensible and scalable microservices and integration flows, partnering with internal and external IT teams to drive progress.
Utilize knowledge of Docker-based microservice solutions to drive microservice integration between major IT systems at Deluxe.
Collaborate with other stakeholders across the business to identify ways for the enterprise application group to solve technical business complexities, problems, and opportunities across Deluxe.
Participate in structured application code reviews and walkthroughs and perform system integration exercises and development sprints.
Utilize the following tools and technologies: Jenkins, SAP, Docker, Rancher, Kong, Spring Boot, Java, Groovy, Ruby, ESQL, WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere MQ Series, DB2, SQL, RFH Utility and IBM Integration Bus.
Required:
The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related degree.
The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years (60 months) of software development experience (a) developing middleware interfaces using IBM Integration Bus, WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere MQ and object oriented development using Java/J2EE, (b) migrating integration projects using WebSphere Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus, (c) creating frameworks for transaction logging, retry capabilities, exception handling and automated testing, (d) and working with the following tools and technologies: Java, ESQL, WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere MQ Series, DB2, SQL, RFH Utility and IBM Integration Bus.
The qualified candidate must have at least 1 year (12 months) of software development experience (a) working with Java Spring Boot/Groovy/Ruby to develop and deploy microservices, (b) working with containerization technology Docker/Rancher, (c) designing and implementing integration solutions with SAP, (d) API configuration using Kong Gateway, and (e) using Jenkins as Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipeline to deploy services.
All experience may be gained concurrently.
