Fraser is seeking Behavior Technicians and Behavior Practitioners to support the expansion of our ABA program. Be an integral part of this exciting growth and serve our clients in a positive way!
Depending on your previous experiences with children, , you may have different responsibilities but all positions support Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions with clients aged 2-7 years old! Our ABA program is a unique and specialized program for children with higher needs in a 1:1 setting. We utilize best practices in the ABA field to support positive, person centered outcomes for our clients.
Our ABA services are center-based, we provide PPE, have defined cleaning and social distancing procedures. . As an ABA team member at Fraser, you have the opportunity to build a positive relationship with families and staff throughout your day!
Basic Responsibilities( may vary based on position, apply to learn more) : Paired 1:1 with a preschool aged client in a clinical setting to implement and track therapeutic goals and progress to help increase independence with developmentally appropriate skills Assist clients with increasing independence, skill development, self-care, safety, sensory processing, communication, and other areas Utilizing an iPad, track treatment objectives and outcomes for the client(s) you support Some positions may involve supervision, training, and support of other staff

Available Locations and Schedules: Bloomington Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required You may have an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, an advanced degree, or a BCBA as well; we have opportunities available for staff with a variety of backgrounds and education so please apply to learn more Passionate about children with special needs and enjoys making a difference in the lives of children and families Preferred but not required: experience with preschool aged children, children with special needs, autism, or a mental health diagnosis. Fraser trains and supports staff who have limited experience Ability to pass DHS background check Reliable transportation (e.g. Uber, public transportation, own vehicle) Cultural competency; Fraser provides services to a diverse population of clients and families (e.g., diverse cultures, backgrounds, socioeconomic status) Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection
