Pro Staff is proud to partner with an industry leader in metal stamping manufacturing right here in the Brainerd Lakes Area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled craftsman to continue your career in manufacturing with a family focused company.
We are seeking a quality minded, hard working individual to perform precision machining and grinding on 3rd shift, Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am. Pay for this temp to hire position is DOE
Responsibilities:
Work with Lead Person to learn basic machining knowledge and departmental procedures.
Work with Lead Person to learn the basics on running CNC mills and lathes.
Perform machining and/or grinding production.
Assist with the setup of jobs with Lead Person or designee.
Responsible for quality work during production, while producing quantity quota.
Qualifications:
Technical school education or prior work experience in related field.
Knowledge of math, geometry and trigonometry are helpful
Ability to read and understand blue prints as necessary.
