Proven ability to motivate employees, as well as delegate effectively
Must be able to function in a deadline driven environment
Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law
Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management, to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs, and willingness to adapt to frequently changing priorities/tasks

Job Description:
DPI Staffing is hiring an Assembly Lead for our client in Minnetonka! Pay is DOE. Potential contract to hire for rock stars! We are looking for a leader who is reliable, low drama, who can live up to the?five core values of Integrity, Customer Responsiveness, Innovation, Passionate Contribution & Empowerment and Continuous Improvement.
Location is near Ridgedale Mall, 394 and Plymouth Road. 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday. Interview required, basic background check and drug test required. Must have reliable transportation.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of previous manufacturing experience with Milestone products, previous lead experience, or at least 4 years manufacturing experience outside Milestone

Special Job Requirements:
Flexibility to work extra hours when needed, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
Training experience
Supervisory/Lead experience
