Job Description:
Need 2 full time, seasonal, temporary Agricultural Equipment Operators to work for Deere Farms, Inc. in Hallock, MN.
From: 03/21/2021 to 12/15/2021
Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hrs./day
Hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half.

JOB DUTIES: Operating large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, harvesting crops; driving farm trucks for moving grain crops from field to storage facilities; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite; may have to work nights, possibly weekends. Employer may request but not require work on the Sabbath. Employer may pay workers more depending on how many years of experience they have obtained by working for the employer or other factors such as job performance, skill, punctuality. Drug free workplace.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $12.68 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts.
