Lakewood Health System is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant’s for our Care Center. Our Care Center has been recognized as a leading Care Center by the CMS.

We offer a highly competitive pay package, additional pay for previous CNA work experience, shift differential pay for evenings and NOC shifts, medical benefits, dental benefits, 401K, aggressive FTO accrual, voluntary insurance benefits and a wellness program. Some benefits only apply to employees working a minimum of 64 hours every two weeks.
This is a part-time NOC position required to work every third weekend. For every 12 hour shift worked you will receive an additional hour of bonus pay up to 4 hours per week. Shift requirements will be 12-hours working from 5:45pm until 6:15am, every third weekend and some holidays are required. An additional $1.70 shift differential will be offered for working the NOC shift.
We are currently seeking qualified, compassionate CNA’s to provide individualized personal centered care, which includes but is not limited to assisting with feeding, dressing, bathing, transferring residents while preserving their rights and human dignity in a confidential manner and encouraging the resident to function at their highest level of ability.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Certification showing successful completion of the State of MN approved Nursing Assistant Program test out (CNA/CRA).
Ability to work in a team environment
Great multi-tasking skills
Excellent bedside manner and nursing skills
Ability to create a safe, effective environment by informing others and using good judgment
